I love to vacation in the Rockland Maine area with trips to Rockport, and Acadia National Park. A friend and I, with my golden doodle, Brandy, and my schnauzer, Mac, hiked on Monhegan Island and they loved the ferry ride. I took several watercolor classes and a photography class in Maine to see the beautiful sites of Maine including its rocky shoreline with amazing inlets and harbor.
Rockland is a city in Knox County, Maine, United States. As of the 2020 census, the town population was 6,936. It is the county seat of Knox County. It has some of the best places for photography, great art galleries and yummy lobster rolls. It is also very friendly and has been a favorite summer and fall destination for me for many years.
